福井遠征(車中泊)①
蕎麦の食べたい季節となり、金曜の深夜に車を走らせ「気比の松原」へ到着。
釣り人に紛れながら駐車場で車中泊後、近くの温泉で朝風呂を頂き出発！
こちらは山奥の村にあり中々の山道を通るが、道中の田園風景を楽しみながら到着。開店時間前だったが自分を含め５組程の待ち客がいた(場所を考えると凄い)
⚫「塩だし+ワサビ(850円)+生醤油(800円)」
•「塩だしおろし蕎麦(ワサビ別注)」
程よくコシのある風味豊かなエッジのきいた蕎麦、辛みが心地良い大根、そして、ちょうど良い塩梅の透き通った塩だし、全てのバランスが絶妙で旨い！
さすがは看板メニュー、塩出汁は初見だったが癖になる旨さで朝早くから山を超えてきた甲斐があった。
•「生醤油おろし蕎麦」
こちらは王道の旨さ。蕎麦の旨みを引き立てる控えめな醤油と大根が素晴らしい。

蕎麦と同等のクオリティー、あれば必ず買った方が良い！
訪問ハードル高めな場所だが、福井のマスト店となった。
