福井にある蕎麦屋さん。
池田町の町役場近くにある。
住居と店舗が一体になった大きな建物だ。
店内はテーブル4卓小上り5卓。
歴史を感じさせる趣きのある作りだ。
メニューを見る。
おろしそばは3種類。
他にはかけ蕎麦とうどんがある。
おろしそばの塩だしが名物のようなのでこちらと醤油をオーダーした。
〇塩だし（800円）
塩にこだわったおろしそば。
各地の海水をブレンドしているそうだ。
薬味は大根おろし、ネギ、鰹節。
出汁は昆布が強めだろうか？
透明ながら旨みを感じられる。
そのあとに仄かに甘みを感じる。
蕎麦は太麺でもっちりした食感。
喉越しを楽しむ感じではない。
〇醤油だし(800円）
オーソドックスなおろしそばだがあまり醤油勝ちではない。
丸みのある醤油出汁で食べやすい。
出汁がとても美味しい。
特に塩だしは不思議な旨みと丸い旨みがあってなかなか面白い。
ただそばの量は少なめ。
大人なら3口程度で食べ終わってしまうかも。
小食な自分でも3杯くらい食べたい蕎麦かな。
