美味しいお蕎麦が食べたくなったので♪
開店すぐに到着しましたが先客がすでに結構いらして。
地元の方にも観光客にも人気のようです。
いただいたもの
・天ざる 1800円
・鴨なんばん（期間限定）1350円
冷たいお蕎麦と天ぷらの天ざるはお連れ様が。
おそばのつゆが大根おろしたっぷりなのが特徴的です。
あと麺の太さ、かなり太めです！
盛り方も凄くきれい～
そのお蕎麦、食感はかなりモチモチ！
辛みのある大根おろしのつゆは甘みもありますが、
食べ進めるにつれて辛みが効いてきたみたい。
わたしがいただいた鴨なんばんはあたたかいもの。
おつゆは生姜が効いていて、生の山椒が風味を添えてました。
鴨肉のうまみとコクが相まってすごく味わい深いです。
麺は冷たいものと同じなのだろうけど、
あたたかいお汁とだと全然食感が違います。
こちらはプニプニって感じ！
この食感も新感覚～
太麵で量も結構ありました。
雰囲気も良いしお蕎麦も特徴的です。
