開店時間の10分前に到着。結構並んでいました。
しかも田舎あるあるで開店10分以上前から開店しておりすでに初回ロットのお客様が入っていたとのこと。なので並ぶことを覚悟していきましょう。
おろしそば(手臼挽粗麺) 950円
もりそば(太打ち) 850円
どちらも太い蕎麦をオーダー。
手臼挽は１品限定なので今回はおろしそばを
手臼挽にしました。
見た目はパスタのフェットチーネを彷彿とさせます。十割のため麺線は短いのですすことはほとんどできません。喉越しではなく口の中で舌触り、噛んで味と芳醇な香りを楽しめます。
他の方も言っていますが、薬味は少量がおすすめ。お汁も美味しいです。
おろしそばも少しづつ混ぜながらがおすすめ。
全部混ぜて食べるとおろしそばに慣れていない方はかなり辛く感じるかも。
本場の越前そば、堪能しました。
