2024.03.28(木)11:30 福井県でとても来たかったこちら。色々な雑誌・本や、マツコさんのTVでもお見掛けしました！立派なお屋敷の一角がお店になっております。１時間前に到着して待っていると、ご主人が出てきてお声をかけていただき、雑誌を持ってきてくれました( ´艸｀)少し経つと他のお客さんも並び始めて、私の次にきた方とお話しているとあっという間に開店時間になりました！
おろしそば(手臼挽粗麺) 1,000円 ＋ そばがき(手臼挽粗粉) 850円 をいただきました。
先ず、おろしそばが出来てきました。粗粉の粒々が見える極太麺。高い技術でぎゅっと繋がった蕎麦はワシワシ食感。丸岡在来種の風味・旨みをダイレクトに感じられるお蕎麦です。大根おろしは、爽やかでマイルドな辛味です。蕎麦と絡めてワシワシモグモグなまら美味ーい！
次に、そばがきが出来てきました。粗粉の粒々が心地よい、あったかでトローリかなり柔らか仕上げのそばがき。ワサビと醤油を浸けてなまら美味ーい！そばがき美味しいので追加で、
そばがきぜんざい(温) 850円 もいただきました。
ふわとろそばがきがタップリ入った甘さ控えめのぜんざい。極上のスイーツで〆てお腹いっぱいになりました！
福井県で色々蕎麦巡ろうと思ったのですが、一件目で食べ過ぎてしまったー(*ﾉωﾉ)この後は少しお昼寝してから、とても行きたかったもう一軒だけ行きました。
