メニュー紹介
「アレ」 とはもうお分かりですよね？
いただいたのは「ボルガライス」 ９００円
ボルガライスとは？ Wikipediaによると・・・・・
福井県武生市（現：越前市武生地区）で、1980年以前に登場したメニューで、オムライスの上にカツをのせソースをかけた洋食である。
オムライスの中身がチャーハンだったりピラフだったり、かけられるソースもドミグラスソース、トマトソース、中華風あんかけ、カツもトンカツではなくメンチカツだったりと、提供する店ごとに特色がある。
はいはい、トロっとした玉子のオムライスの上に厚めのトンカツがのり、ドミグラスソースがかかっていますよ！
オムライスの中にはハム、マッシュルール、ニンジン、ピーマン、玉ネギが入ったケチャップライス。
トンカツとオムライスとドミグラスソースが三位一体となってめっちゃ美味しい～♪
あぁ～美味しかった！ 大満足 !!!
そうそう、コチラの店主さんは漫画家の池上遼一さんの妹さん。
という事で、店内には池上遼一さんの原画が多数飾られています。
越前市のボルガライスの販促ポスター 「武生に来たらボルガライス」 には、池上遼一さんのイラストが使われています。
