美味しいチャーハンに、プリプリの大振りな海老。
スープは生姜と葱の香りがアクセント。
餃子は、ニラやニンニク、生姜の香り。しっとり目の皮まで美味しい。
全体に素材の味がいきてて、濃い味付けで誤魔化してないところが良かったです。
ママの元気な接客も気持ち良かったです(^^)
