越前地区の代表グルメを扱うお店。ボルガライスとそばのセットを注文。
たまごの半熟具合と味付けがかなり自分好みであっという間に完食。そばも大根おろし多めのあっさりした仕上げでとても相性が良かった。
ひっで丼食べました。とても美味しいのですが、重いです。胃に自信のある方は食べてください。
