せっかく福井に行ったのだから越前そばは食べておきたいなと16:00頃に来訪しました。店内はノーゲス。
メニューを見てみるとひ三つのご馳走セットなる物を発見！武生の名物である越前そばと武生駅前中華そばとボルガライスを一度に味わえると言う内容だったのでこれは抑えておかねばと思いそれを注文。そして同僚は天おろし蕎麦を、さらにビールを頼んだらアルコールは置いてないとの事だったのでびっくりしました。そんなこんなで注文後10分程で着丼したのが写真の物体。
蕎麦 太い。その分コシは強いが正直そこまで…。
つけ汁 ひみつセットの方は最初からぶっかけられてるタイプ。天おろし蕎麦の方は最初から大根おろしが入っていて味が薄い。。大根も全然辛くなくてがっかり、、
中華そば
麺 中太程度の麺。柔らかめでちょい縮れてる。
スープ すんだスープに魚介の出汁が良く出ている。薄そうに見えるが比較的味は強くこってり感もある。
具 チャーシュー、筍、ネギ
ボルガライス
オムライスの上にとんかつが乗っているというもの。デミグラスソースがかかっている。中のご飯もケチャップライスではなくなんか優しい感じの味付け。正直物足りない。
総評 蕎麦とボルガライスには正直満足感は得られなかった。2つとも味がぼんやりしていて薄い。蕎麦は大根おろしが最初から入っているおかげでつゆが薄まって太い蕎麦に全然勝ててない。大根も辛くないしこれでは再訪など夢のまた夢。しかし中華そばに関しては意外に美味しいんですよ。後味に残る魚介の感じがとても良くしっかりと色々な味を感じた。単品評価なら3.4程度あげても良い。
中華そばなら全然また来ても良いくらい美味しい。
