越前市の3大ご当地グルメボルガライスと越前おろしそばと中華そば。
さすがに３つは食べられない。
ここ江戸屋さんにはミニサイズの3点セットがあるとわかり行ってみた。
ボルガライスとおろしそばのミニセットを注文。
ボルガライスはオムライスの上にトンカツをのせてデミグラスソースをかけた見たことない、食べたことない美味しさ。
越前おろしそばは関東方向とは違い汁の味よりも大根おろしの味がよくわかる。
そして麺が太く感じた。
ミニサイズとはいえ満足でした。
ボルガライスラリーをやってる模様です。
