越前市で有名なボルガライスがよく食べログで拝見し気になって来ました。
でも、ボルガライスはちょっとハイカロリーでは？
お腹もペコペコではなかったので間をとってオムライス！！！
出てきたのは見た目シンプルなオムライス。
卵はフワフワで流行りのスクランブル風ではなく
昔ながらです。
ケチャップライスは細かい鶏肉とピーマン、でババターの香りがします。
まさに具は私の好み。
私もチキンライスにはピーマンを入れます。
でも個人的にはバター感はいらないかな？
洋食屋だから仕方ないですね。。。
自家製ケチャップは肉無しミートソースの味。
