福井にライブ参戦に行ったついでに､地元の美味しいものを食べようと調べたら「ボルガライス」が福井のB級グルメとして流行っているとの事で、早速食べに行きました。
「ボルガライス」とは、福井県越前市武生地区が発祥と言われるご当地グルメのようで、私が食べたのはオムライスにデミグラスソースがかかったカツが乗っていました。（お店によってソースやビジュアルは変わるようです。）
味は濃くなく、どの世代にも好まれる体に優しいお味でしたよ！
