（福井県お蕎麦食べ歩き244軒）
いろいろと親交のあるお隣の町、池田町のふるさと道場にあるお蕎麦屋さんへ、久方ぶりに行きました。道場なので蕎麦打ち体験も出来るのですが、今回は食事のみです。御靴を脱いで受付で注文します（前金制）。当然のように、「おろし蕎麦 大盛」750円を注文しました。店内は、平日なのに10数名の先客さんで、ちょい賑やかです。広い店内からは、大庭園や有名なかずら橋も見れます。
さて、御蕎麦はぶっかけで出てまいります。麺は、期待した池田本来の田舎蕎麦ではなく、最近よく見かける太さと色合いです。ある意味オーソドックスですね。福井も最近、金太郎飴現象になってきたのは個人的には面白くないですね。出来れば、田舎蕎麦とオーソドックス蕎麦の選択制にして欲しいですね。御出汁は私好みのお味でしたので完飲致しました。
