地方都市仙台でも外出自粛が続く中で、飲食店も臨時休業が増えております。
食品買い出しにてスーパーを訪れると「駅弁フェア」を小さく開催しており、
「こんな時はお弁当がベストかな？」
と、覗いてみると・・・午前中なのにかなり売れてしまっている！
羽田空港にて人気のお弁当福井の越前焼き鯖寿司？
ってものがあり、見れば残り３個。
「こりゃいいかもぉ？」
と買ってみた。
パッケージを開けると、とってもいい匂い。
酢とオリジナルなタレと鯖の香りが混ざって、食欲そそるよ～♬
とっても身の厚い鯖がやわらかくて、こりゃ人気あるのも納得。
ポイントは「たれ」ですね！
なかなかチャンスがないお弁当。
ごちそうさまでした～！
