休日の14時過ぎに来店。
本日『うるしや』に次いで2軒目です。
此方のお店で特徴的なのは店主ワンオペなのになんと6種類のラーメン（つけ麺）を提供しているところ。
濃厚なラーメンが人気みたいですが店主さんイチオシの『出汁中華塩味650円』にしてみました。

スープ
塩ダレは塩分旨味控え目な感じでたぶん無化調ですね。
悪くは無いがインパクトは無いね。
麺
かなりコシの強い平たいカットの麺は、
ツルツルなのでスープが絡み難く相性が良いとは言えないね。
チャーシュー
ちっちゃいチャーシューですが味は肉の味がちゃんとして味は良い。
この大きさならせめて二枚は欲しいな。
【総評】
うーん難しいな。
今回食べた塩ラーメンだけなら正直凡庸過ぎて再来訪は無いのだが、
他のメニューも気になるので機会が有れば再来訪すると思います。
