新年度初の福井での食べログ！
コチラのお店にお伺いしました^_^
コチラのお店、以前同僚とお伺いしたので2回目の来店です。前食べて美味しかったので^_^。
注文したのは、
・ひなどり炭炙り焼き定食 1020円
しばらく待ってメニュー到着U^ェ^U。
おー、ひなどりが美味しそうですねー。
さてまずは何もつけずに一口、ウマ〜い！
炭炙り焼きの独特の匂いが食欲をそそります。
柚子胡椒をつけてさらに一口、さらにウマ〜い！
ひなどりも柔らかくてジューシーですねー♪
これはごはん進みますよー！
忘れてならない白ガラスープ。鳥のダシがしっかり出ていて美味しいですね。
お店の方の心地よい挨拶も好感持てました。
