雪の降りしきる中の福井出張。
市内で仕事を終え、翌日に備えて武生まで。想像以上に…田舎…
そして田舎あるある、飲食店がない&閉まるの早い！
降り積もった雪でもたべて飢えをしのぐか…と思っていた矢先、駅前で秋吉さんが空いていたので突撃！
まずはビールと、シシトウから頂きます。ほらにがコンビがたまらんなー！
おススメを伺って、純けいとシロを注文。純けいは骨付鳥でいう親鳥のような弾力、歯応えのあるお肉。噛むほどにジュワッとあぶらと旨味が出てきて噛むほどに美味しい！これがビールをすすめるんだなー(*´꒳`*)
シロも独特なクニクニ感とじわじわとくる旨味がたまらんです（＾∇＾）タンも頂きましたが臭みもなく美味しい！
卓上の魔法の調味料、ニンニク味噌がこれまたいいアクセントを付け加えてくれるので、幸せになれます。笑
基本的にどの串も複数本セットでくるので複数人で行くのが良さそうです。
１人でも食べやすい量なので問題ないですけどね！お値段もリーズナブルで良かったです♪
