気温が高くなってきたので、冷たく甘いものが美味しく感じる季節です。
従来のいちごづくりのみならず、様々なチャレンジをされていて頼もしい「明城ファーム」さん。
そのファーム隣接の直売所 "MYOJO FARM" でいただきました。
「いちごブリュレパフェ」￥1,485 と「いちごソフト」￥920 です。
ブリュレパフェはなかなか濃厚な仕立てになっています。
ソフトのほうは予想どおり爽やかにいただけました。
ファームの温室が建つ田園風景を眺めつつ、ゆっくりと楽しめます。
いちごを使ったケーキが各種ラインナップされ、フルーツサンドも健在です。
