森六さんからの連食で三軒目です。
蕎麦はラーメンのようにスープや油などがないので胃の負担が軽いのでしょうか。
生蕎庵さんではなんと大盛を注文しました。
おろしそば（大盛 690円＋300円）
正直に書くと「おろしそば」というものを侮っていました。蕎麦を誤魔化す形で大根おろしを用いているというイメージがあった訳です（恐らく私以外にも居るはず）。
しかし、蕎麦がまず旨い。しっかりした蕎麦。
なので「もり」でもいけるのですが、おろしそばも違う魅力がある訳です。
これはもっと様々な蕎麦を食べてから書きます。
色と艶の良さが素晴らしい。
風味はあまり感じなかった。
硬さは程良い。
で、連食と長時間の運転でこれ以上書けなくなりました。いつも車を出す前に簡単な下書きをするのですが、他の車が来て急いで車を出して、そのまま運転してしまった。
で夜に家に着くと詳細がなかなか思い出せず、、、
美味しかったのは確かなので再訪した時に改めて。
