週末金曜日の19時前に来店。
越前市の飲み屋街の一角にありラーメン屋さんではないような外観です。
店内も居酒屋ぽいメニューが有るのでそういう用途で利用するお店なのでしょう。
今回は評判の良い担々麵を食べに来てみました。

スープ
濃厚な旨味とゴマの風味が強くて美味しいね。
唐辛子はちょうどいいけど
山椒はもっと入れてもいいね。
麺
細縮れ麺でスープ絡みは良い。
しかしながら私の好みは加水率低目のストレート麺なので少し残念。
【総評】
久しぶりに胡麻が効いた担々麵を食べました。
昔、赤坂見附の『希須林』に週2～3は行っていたほど担々麵にハマった時期が有りましたが、
やはり胡麻を効かせたスープはコクが出て美味しいですね。
『希須林』ほど胡麻ペーストを使用している感じでは有りませんでしたが、
麻辣のバランスも良かったと思います。
※私個人的には麻強め好きなので花椒をもっと効かせたので卓上に置いて欲しいな。
