本当に福井県は掘っても掘っても、
素晴らしいお蕎麦屋さんが隠れてますね。
私は福井はカニや魚介よりも蕎麦の方が
全国レベル的には上なのでは？と思います。
こちらうるしやさんは武生の街中にあります。
そういえば、写真は撮らなかったですが、
武生の街中に風車が並んだ棚をおいているお店が
何件かありましたが、
あれはなんだったんでしょうか？
うるしやさんは駐車場が向かい側にあります。
建物を見ると間口は小さめです。
店内に入るとすごく歴史のある町屋ですね。
160年の歴史があるとのことです。
昭和天皇もこちらのお蕎麦を召し上がられたそうですよ。
うなぎの寝床のようなお店で、
ちょっと京都っぽいです。
欄間やお庭などすごく素敵です。
お蕎麦２種と天ぷらと焼鯖寿司を注文。
お蕎麦はおろしとせいろです。
蕎麦は２種類あったので、
一つは名代（茶そば）、田舎蕎麦のそれぞれにしました。
天ぷらのレベルも高いですし、
焼鯖もなかなかのおいしさ。
一番よかったのがお蕎麦です。
正直茶そばって私はあまり好きではなかったのですが、
こちらの茶そばはメチャクチャうまいです。
田舎蕎麦も細麺でコシがあります。
みずみずしくて、香りもしっかり。
どちらの蕎麦もおいしくて、ぶっかけ・おろしで食べるのが
もったいないくらいです。
うますぎ！
これは某私がおすすめしているところと甲乙つけがたいですわ！（*´∀｀*）
家に帰ってHPを調べたら、
東京にも３店お店を経営されてるみたいですね。
九頭竜蕎麦という名義ですので、
関東の方はおすすめかと。（*´∀｀*）
