越前市にあるカフェ。
2021/04にオープン。
JR武生駅の真向かいにある、木材と鉄骨とコンクリートを組み合わせたモダンというか、近代美術館の様な建物に入っている。
オーガーニックメニューを中心としている。
イートインは勿論、テイクアウトにも対応している。
豆乳クリームとガナッシュのもっちりクレープは、生洋菓子の1種。
ココア風味の豆乳クリームと、バナナを、もっちりとしたクレープで包んでいる。
パッと見にはそれ程のボリュームに見えなかったが、いざ食べ始めると結構なボリュームがあり、さっさと食べて店を出る、というのが出来ない事を知った。
生クリームでなくても、クリームなので、それなりのずっしり感が。
甘さは控えめ。
