明治時代に建てられた赤レンガ倉庫を改装したお店です。
5,000円のコースを予約して訪問。
まずは前菜。
地元産のタコや、若狭の豚のテリーヌなど。
イタリアンなのに、地元食材にこだわっているのがうれしいところ。
続いて若狭湾の牡蠣の香草焼き。
これがとても美味しい。
飲み物はワインをボトルで注文。
ワインがすすみます。
メインはまずスズキ。
ソースがとても美味しい。
さらに若狭の豚。
豚の自然な甘みがとても美味しい。
5,000円でこの味は価値あり。
ワインも美味しかったです。
