連れと、ランチしました。
電話予約しました。
土曜は、空いているけど、日曜は、満席とのことで、
土曜日にしました。
やはり、予約して訪れた方がよいようですね。
パスタランチは、３種類の中から
+500円の福井ポークのスペアリブとキャベツのラグーンソース自家製手打ちパスタ、
ドリンクは、連れは、コーヒー、私は、紅茶にしました。
デザートは、連れ、私共に、モンブランタルトにしました。
最初に、スープ、器も温かくいいですね。
パスタが出てくる間に、フランスパンと、オリーブオイルが出されました。
これに、岩塩が付いていれば、完璧なのにな残念。
パスタは、
福井ポークのスペアリブは、豚バラ煮込みのように、崩れるぐらい煮込まれていました。
デザートの、マロンタルトは、小さ目で、ちょと残念、
スープや、炭水化物２つになるパンなしでいいから、普通サイズのマロンタルトが、食べたかった。
でも、タルトと、マロンクリームの間の、栗の粒々食感がよかったです。
