イタリアンレストラン「リストランテカルド」は
コンクリート打ちっ放しの外観がおしゃれな店です。
店内は明るく、華やかですが
椅子が硬いのでおしりが痛くなり
ゆっくり落ち着いて食べていられませんでした。
注文したのはランチAコース1,600円です。
ゼリーの上にチーズと生ハムを載せただけ
のような前菜にはがっかりでした。
もう少しちゃんとした料理を出して欲しい
と思います。
でも、自家製のパンはとても美味しいものでした。
ただ、バターもオリーブオイルもついてこないのです。
パンが美味しいからバターは不要
という考えなのでしょうか？
聞かなかったからわかりませんが‥‥。
手打ちパスタは柔らかくて今ひとつ。（＾＾；）
タリオリーニというパスタは
柔らかいのが普通なのかどうかは知りませんが
少し硬めのアルデンテが好きなので
口に合いませんでした。
味は悪くないので、柔らかいパスタが好きな方には合うと思います。
デザートとカプチーノはごく普通でした。
