シンプルなギャラリーのような外観と内装。
入った時点で「うわ、絶対美味しいに違いない」。
そしてコース料理が本当に全て美味しいんです！
牡蠣を玉ねぎソースでいただくものが最初に出てきて、これが表面カリッと中がふわっとで、優しい味のソースと絶妙に合います。
雲子の下のグリーンのソースはなんだったかな？忘れた！でも柔らかい味でした。
鯛の鱗焼きはサクサクとしていて食べ切ってしまうのがおしいぐらい。
バスタは、この時期ならではのせいこがにパスタ。
パスタにもたっぷりせいこがにですが、その横にも半身が添えられている贅沢さ。
なかなか地元でも食べられない若狭牛もいただきました。
少食なので、パスタとお肉はポーション少なめにしていただきましたが
いやー、最後のデザートのコーヒー味のアイスクリームまで全ておいしくて大満足。
グラスでいただいた白ワインもナチュールっぽい好きな味。（ワインに詳しくないので、適当な感想でごめんなさい）
地産地消の新鮮な野菜・魚・肉を堪能した夜でした。
