１度は越前そばを食べたくて敦賀へ。初めて降りましたが北陸新幹線が開通予定なのもあり凄まじい発展具合です。駅から20分歩き訪店。
☆おろし蕎麦大\1000
写真の通り二皿に分けて配膳されます。福井の蕎麦ってもう少しゴツゴツしてたイメージですが、こちらのお店も越前そばを標榜されておりこのタイプもあるんでしょうか。確かに大阪で食べる蕎麦とはちゃいますね。つゆが大根の辛味がパンチ効いていてこれもまた美味。
