ラーメン街道とも呼ばれる、国道8号線沿いの敦賀の商店街に夜になると続々と現れる屋台ラーメンの中でも人気のお店。すぐ近くに出現する屋台ラーメン 赤天と同じく、店舗型ラーメン店。頼んだのは、ラーメン。トラックの荷台を改造した。屋台ラーメンは珍しいので、中をキョロキョロ。注文すると番号札を渡してくれるので、座ったテーブルの上に置く。出てきたラーメンのスープを一口。動物系ガラを炊き込んだ力強いスープはその旨味とコクに程々なカエシ塩梅。お上品に纏まっている。麺は、中太麺でプルプル感がある。チャーシューは豚バラで固めが3枚。ちょっと硬すぎる。 紅生姜とニンニクを落とスト味がパワーアップしてなお美味しい。いやいや初めての屋台ラーメンは、楽しかったですね。味はちょっとでした。
