19時前後にシンボルストリートから敦賀駅往復で歩いたが、4店の屋台がやっていた（一つは準備中）。
もう一店、通りで敦賀気比神社に近い所にある「赤天ラーメン」へ。
空地に屋台の型組と軽トラックが入り、３つの長机が配置されていてかなりスペースを効率的に使っていますね。
軽トラックの荷台にはコンパクトに寸胴、収納が収まっている。
ラーメン（600円）
メニューはラーメンとチャーシューメンの２つのみ。
スープは豚臭が強め。ニンニクチップが入っていて癖があるので好みが分かれると思う。
麺が縮れているのは好感。
飲んだ後にサッパリしたラーメンというよりは、より腹を満たすラーメンという感じですね。
今回は２軒の屋台を食べましたが、店舗内で食べる時とは違った楽しみがあります。
屋台は多い方がその街（通り）の雰囲気ももちろん良く感じますね。
昔に比べて客足が厳しいであろう中、屋台を出し続ける店の努力には頭が下がる思いです。
敦賀の名物の一つであるので、また夜の敦賀に伺います。
