敦賀の市場にある回転寿司
値段設定は間違いなく観光客向け。正直コスパは悪い
期待以上だったのはヤリイカ、あおりイカ、あら汁
イカの甘みが強く残った
シャリは小さめで甘味が強くかなり主張が強い
回っている皿は解凍できているが、直接注文したものは解凍し切れていないので、食感が固く味も馴染みきっていなかった。開店直後は鮮度も保たれていると思うので回っている皿を取った方が美味しいと学んだ
開店時間はお店のさじ加減。たまたま開店直後に入店出来たが、地元客っぽい人はその後も来なかった
