夫に連れられ昼食にやってきました。
丁度朝テレビで近江牛が映っていたのでそれを見て刺激されたようです。

結構な交ぜ回数でした！
今まで食べたことがないほど柔らかくて滑らかでした！

やっぱり霜降り肉は胃にもたれて夕飯があまり食べられませんでした。
私たちより年上のご夫婦が多分アンガス牛フィレを頼んでいたのが分かった気がしました。
