秋吉の焼き鶏が無償に食べたくなる時がある。
福井の方なら、この衝動にかられる方いると思われます。
福井発の焼き鳥チェーン店。
ということで、訪れると、18時前だった思いますが、
既に、駐車場は、満車に近く、お店に入ると、
満席で、待ち席で、待つことに。
祝日のこの日は、もっと早く訪れている人が、いて
回転が早く、少し待つだけで、すんだ。
焼けると、温かくなっているプレートの上に、焼き鳥が置かれる。
私のお勧めは、ひねどりの純けいときゅうり。
歯ごたえのあり、旨みのある美味しい純けいは、メニュー先頭にあり、人気の品。
きゅうりは、縦に切られて、串に刺され出されます。
ほどよくかかった塩が最高に美味しいのです。
