福井県で「焼き鳥」と言えば「秋吉」です。
店員さんもいつも元気で男性には誰彼かまわず「社長！」と大声で言ってくれます（笑）
で、肝心の焼き鳥自体の味はと言うと
「うまい！」です。
とくにネギマと串カツ、ミノ辺りがかなり美味しいです。
全体的にオリジナルのタレで食べるのですが本当にビールが進みます（笑）
月に一度は行きたくなる味です。
オープンキッチン風になってるので目の前で大きな炎が上がるのも圧巻です！
