久しぶりに敦賀｡北陸新幹線が敦賀延伸後、初めて北陸新幹線で来た。
というものの敦賀でゆっくりする時間はない。敦賀駅周辺に関したら気比神社はあるが、中途半端に一時間や二時間、うろうろしてもっと思い、予定通りサンダーバードに乗る事に。
行列ができる人気蕎麦屋が駅近にあるが、並んでいる。今日の私には無理｡蕎麦文化のある福井で、日常性の食文化を味わうという意味で駅構内の蕎麦屋で良しと判断。ここもそれなりに人気店みたい。
地元みたいな人が食事に来ている。
おろし蕎麦を食べた。福井でおろし蕎麦、これで良い。
確かに非常に美味しいとはいきません。黒くて太い割に歯応え余りなく薫りも乏しい。が妙に不味くない。出汁も魅力無いが、おろし蕎麦として食事としてOKである。
安い。これも大きい。福井、敦賀の人が愛用。これが全て｡
