福井と言えばソースカツ丼。
そう言って、初めてヨーロッパ軒を訪れたのは十年ほど前のこと。
そのときはわたしもまだ若く、胃も頑丈&大きい。
ソースカツ丼の普通サイズがペロリと食べられた記憶が。
今はもう、胃袋も気力も半分くらいに。
お残しの分はパックをくれるのでお持ち帰りができます。何て素敵なの～♪
ということで、帰ってからの夕飯もソースカツ丼でした。
福井のカツ丼は、肉が薄いというほど薄くもないかな？
ちゃんとお肉だよって主張します。
キャベツはありません。
細かいパン粉で揚げてあり、ザクザクします。
とにかくお腹いっぱいでした♪
