"Shobei" is a Teppan-yaki restaurant located in front of Tsuruga City Station. When I got home, I looked at the receipt and was surprised to see that the tote charge was not paid. What I ordered was thick-sliced Cow tongue, beef skirt steak, garlic Ajillo, and melted omelet topped with cheese. Both the thick-sliced Cow tongue and beef skirt steak were served in small quantities, expensive for UP, and overcooked. I put it in the corner without asking if I could enjoy the garlic Ajillo with mayonnaise. The melted omelet topped with cheese was a thin batter topped with vegetables, pork belly, and a gooey egg.
