敦賀市、木崎通りにある、
「しゃぶしゃぶ温野菜」
福井市内にもあり、行った人からいまいちと聞いていたので、
ずっと行かなかったが、敦賀店のコミがなく、どんなものかと訪れてみた。
メニューは、食べ放題とセットと単品があり、
私たちは、和牛贅沢セット2人前、6500円を注文。
セットは、選べるお出汁で、うまみだしと、すきしゃぶだしをチョイス。
すきしゃぶだしには、卵が付きます。
前菜の塩キャベツ、和牛が3種、豚が１つ、
選べるつみれ、ゆば（おいしい）、トッポキ
野菜（レタスとは、変わっていておいしい）、
選べる食事、選べるデザート。
お店は、新しくきれいで、
接客は、マニアル化されているであろう、まあよい接客でした。
