敦賀名物・かたパン！このレトロでシンプルなパッケージに「だるま屋謹製」なんてかかれた日には、手に取らずにいられません。「かたぱん」と名の付くものは、ほかにも鯖江の「眼鏡堅麺麭」も頂きましたが～こちらは更にシンプル。
小麦粉・佐藤・青海苔・塩・膨張剤のみで作られた、見た目から想像できる、そのままの素朴なお菓子です。パッケージ裏面には「この製品は堅く焼いたせんべいですので、なるべく小さく割ってお召し上がり下さい」と書かれています。
でも、普段から柔らかいものばかり食べていたり、葉に自信のない方以外は大丈夫ですよ。私もそのまま噛んで頂きました。青海苔が香ばしいです。私は珈琲と一緒に頂くのがオススメ。いつまでもこういうものが楽しんで食べられる歯で居たいなぁ。ご馳走様でした！
