かまぼこや竹輪など魚の練りものが広い店内に所狭しと並んでいます。
お店の中には、ビールや日本酒もあって、購入した竹輪やかまぼこをあてに一杯出来るように？毛氈のひかれた縁台があります。
かまぼこの種類も豊富で、試食もいっぱいあるので、試食だけでもお腹いっぱいになりそうなぐらいです。
後でわかったのですが、宮内庁御用達のお店だそうです。
製造工場に隣接したお店なので、かまぼこやチーズの製造工場も見学できます。
中でも手作り体験は3コースに分かれていますが、とても面白かったです。
焼き立ての竹輪も蒸したてのチーズかまぼこも、とてもおいしかったです。
