気比神宮の近くにある昆布の老舗。駅からだと徒歩20分くらい。永平寺、総持寺両総本山御用達。全国の有名料亭にも卸しているそうです。贈り物にしたら、必ず喜ばれるものですね～お料理される方なら。今回は、普段私にとってはなかなか手の出ない、白とろろ昆布！
好きなんですけど…お安いものじゃないので…でもこちらは3袋セットでお得でした！手すきおぼろの加工の際、昆布を削って最後に残った芯の部分を細かく削ったもの。北海道産の真昆布使用。昆布と醸造酢だけ作られているので、安心安全。
ふんわりと繊細で、甘くとろけます！お吸い物に入れても良いのですが、先ずはそのまま食べて欲しい！ふわっふわで、こんな食べ物が世の中にあるのか？！という状態です。品のよい美味しさでオススメ。ファスナー付なので保存も簡単。ご馳走様でしたー！！
