JR北陸線の敦賀駅、駅構内にこちらのお店がありました。
駅前のお土産物屋さんで、焼き鯖を探すもどこも売り切れで、こちらも焼き鯖は売り切れか？ 無かったのですが、かろうじて焼き鯖寿司を発見。
とりあえずお土産用と、自分が帰りのサンダーバードで食べる用の2本を購入♪
早速、サンダーバードの車内でいただくと、肉厚の鯖がいい感じに皮目が焼かれ、香ばしい香りが食べる前からふわっと漂います。
そろそろ寒くなってきてるからか、鯖はしっかり脂がのっててとっても美味しい。
お土産に買ったもう1本をあげるのが少し惜しくなってしまいました。あげたけどね。。。
でも、次回は焼き鯖も買って帰りたいな。と、思います。
