敦賀駅で美味しい駅蕎麦を食べた後、
もう少し食べたいな〜(^^ゞ
でも電車の時間もあるし…と思ってたら
駅蕎麦のお店のすぐ隣に
美味しそうな焼き鯖寿司が！
鯖寿司には目がないぼく、
「荘兵衛さんの鯖街道焼きさばずし」を
早速購入し電車に乗り込んだよ(^o^)
姫路行の新快速は乗客が
意外に多かったけど
気にせずいただきます！
紅生姜、醤油、箸の他に
切り分け用のプラスチックのナイフが
ついていて食べやすい♪
鯖はなかなか脂が乗っている！
国内産の真鯖を使用しているそう。
外は香ばしく焼かれていて
中はしっとりとしている。
やや塩分が濃い目だが、
その分ビールがウマい(๑´ڡ`๑)
至極のひととき(*´ᵕ`*)
ごちそうさまでした。
その後新大阪駅で下車し帰宅。
さあ、まだ18きっぷには残りがある。
次はどこへ行って何を食べようかな～(^^ゞ
