Located in "OTTA" in front of Tsuruga Station, Italian Cuisine has a casual atmosphere. From the weekday lunch menu, I chose "Sorrisso Lunch" ¥ 1,280 (all below excluding tax). It is a great value set that includes soup, appetizer salad, pasta, baguette and drinks. You can choose from 7 flavors of pasta, including tomato sauce, cream sauce, and butter soy sauce. For an appetizer salad, you can choose salmon carpaccio or Prosciutto salad. You can also choose from 6 different tastes of baguettes, and you can change to a long baguette for an additional 100 yen. Moreover, it is nice to have a sweet taste such as honey and custard cream. It's a set with a high degree of freedom. There was verbal guidance about today's pasta ingredients, and it was also displayed on the blackboard at the entrance. I was torn between tomato sauce and peperoncino, but in the end, I decided on Bolognese, which may be a bit of an adventure for this ingredient. First of all, a moderately salty consommé soup. Next, salmon carpaccio, which was chosen as an appetizer, appeared. "Peroni Nastro Azzurro" is a lunch drink for ¥580. I always tend to choose wine, so it's rare to have a Italian Cuisine brand beer. It has a refreshing light taste with strong bitterness. This might be a good idea for the summer. The baguette is "changed to long baguette" +¥100 and anchovies are chovies. It appears standing on a European beer mug. I like the salty taste of the anchovies. Soft and chewy noodles that are typical of fresh pasta. Perhaps because it is a bolognese, the spaghetti has a slightly thicker impression. The combination of "octopus, cauliflower, bell pepper" and the minced meat used in the sauce was not bad. After the meal, add dolce to the hot coffee in the lunch set. "Tiramisu" is ¥280. The tempo of each menu may be too fast for a midday drink, but if you use it for lunch between work, it's speedy and nice. Above all, it is recommended because it is a set that can be enjoyed very cost-effectively. There were some minor problems during the meal, but they responded properly and I felt their sincerity.
