かなり久々にお邪魔しました。
かれこれ10年くらいぶり。
当時、福井に美味い手打ちの蕎麦屋があまりなく重宝した店です。
代が変わったのか、昔見た大将？の姿は見えず。
おろしの大盛りと、当時あったか記憶にないが、今回ソースカツ丼を注文。
ソースカツ丼、思った以上に美味くてビックリ。
蕎麦は昔の記憶より、新蕎麦前？風味はが少なく、喉越しがさらにツルツル、手打ちやめたんか？と思ってしまう‥、
