博多駅前オフィス街の裏手、在勤者も出張者も惹きつける中華料理店。街中華風の外観とは裏腹に、手作りや防腐剤不使用など素材にこだわる。
看板メニューは皿うどん、店曰く注文の7割を占めるそう。
殻付きのアサリを始め、海鮮や野菜などの具材は盛りだくさん。口にすると海鮮系の出汁が重層的に広がりとても美味しい。もう一つの看板メニューであるちゃんぽんでは出汁の美味さをよりたっぷりと堪能できるだろう。自家製の太麺はお腹の具合に応じて調整が可能。
ランチタイムでは＋100円で4種類のミニ丼を追加することができる。
通し営業の博多駅前の本店のほか、薬院大通の薬院店、福岡空港近くの月隈店と支店も2つ。本店でもランチのピークを外せば並ばずに入店できる。
