2023.12.05(火)　今日のランチはずっと食べたかった皿うどん！
前回伺ったのは多分、10年以上前(^o^;
皿うどん、チャンポン、ラーメンの名店です。
１２時ちょっと前に到着、待ち客４名でしたが、回転が早いので程なく入店
頂いたのは「博多皿うどん(並)900円」とランチタイムサービスの「舞茸かしわ飯100円」
麺類900円は私の中では贅沢ですが、ランチタイムはごはん類が100円なので良しとします？！
あらかじめ炒めて焦げ目を付けてある極太麺にキャベツメインの野菜と豚肉と魚介。しっかり炒められたヤワヤワキャベツの甘みが旨さを引き出しています。
豚骨ラーメン、ゴボウ天うどんなど博多名物は色々ありますが、皿うどんも外せない一皿ですね
