台湾料理 台北。
メニューはほぼ日本式中華。
東北人にしては面妖な店名だな、
と思った。
より中国に近そうな味であろう、
牛肉麺をお願いしたら、
おやややや、東北人の日式と違う。
なんとなく台湾なお味。
お店の方に聞いたら台湾人だった。
日本人向けじゃない台湾本来の味を
出せるお店だと思う。

ポワンと八角が香り、牛肉の匂い。
汁は赤っぽい透明。
味はあっさりで、微かに甘味あり。
麺は一般的な日式ラーメン系。
肉の煮込みはちゃんと台湾の味。
けっこうイケた。
行きやすい場所なら、通って、
台湾の味を楽しみたいお店。
