JR博多駅でランチになり、美味しそうな中華料理店があったのでふらりと入りました。平日の13時過ぎなので食べ終わりのお客さんがチラホラです。1人ですが円卓に案内されて、メニューから、私の中華料理店のランチの基準の坦々麺を注文しました。待つこと10分くらいで出てきました。もやしが入った坦々麺ですが、変にこだわったり改良した坦々麺ではなく、ちゃんと中華麺を使ったごくごく普通の坦々麺です。でも、このごくごく普通の坦々麺が福岡には少ないので、私のお気に入りのお店のひとつになりました。
