この日は福岡出張した際、取引先に案内されて串匠さんへお邪魔しました。
早い時間帯にお邪魔したのでお客は我々だけでしたが、取引先の役員とここのマスタが同窓生という繋がりから、無理を承知でイケるとこまで...
両親に博多を案内してまわったあとの夜ご飯で利用しました。
18時30分の予約でしたが、17時30分を過ぎたところで、

博多駅前にある串屋の串匠。正午を過ぎて10分程並びましたが、無事に入店。
最初に膳が、その後7串出て来ました。テーブル席に案内されましたが、やはり串はカウンターが良いですね。
ご馳走様でした。
予約してお伺いしましたが時間を過ぎた後も声を掛けられることもなく随分待たされ不安になりました。
お詫びということでファーストドリンクを無料にしていただきましたが、、、
お食事はどの串物もとても美味...

ランチで訪問。混んでいて何組か待ちが。串揚げが食べたかったので店内で座って待ちました。串揚げは何回かに分けて提供させて熱々。とにかくご飯が凄く美味しかった。博多来た時はまた来たいです
