博多駅の筑紫口出てすぐという好立地と、手頃なお値段のため、昼はすぐに一杯になるだろうと思い、あらかじめ外出先から昼のピークを外してお邪魔できる日を選定。狙いどおり、先客は女性客のみ5人だけでした。しかし、串揚げ屋で女性に人気とは、それだけで油が重くなくて食べやすいんだなと分かります。
初めての入店なので、まずは入門編の串揚げ定食を注文。海老、鶉の卵、魚のタルタル葱添え、豚の葱間、茄子のカレー肉詰めと、どれをとっても美味しくて、そしてやはり軽い！油っこくないのがいいですね。
また、ご飯とお味噌汁はお代わり自由ということで、ふりかけ3種も美味しいので、大食漢でも満足でしょうね。私は元来小食なので、串揚げ定食の7本でもう十分、満足でした。
次にお邪魔する時は、お頭付きの海老カツ定食といきたいですね。
もちろん、今度行く時も、昼のピークを外せる日を狙って行きます。
